PK Prospects Begin Summer Season with a Bang!

With our Waves in full swing and many of our Prospects teams getting kicked off, there is a ton to share with everyone!

We will kick it off in age order with our 8u boys putting up another great performance and falling just short of some hardware. They took on the South Farmington Blues Invitational and finished 3-0-1 having not lost on the weekend!

Next up, both our 10u Carolina and 10u Grey teams were also at the South Farmington Blues Invitational and blessed us with one of the coolest moments of the year! Both teams rolled their way to a 3-0 record early in the weekend to meet up in the championship! Of course the only unfortunate part is there can only be one winner, as 10u Carolina knocked off 10u Grey in the championship, but the teams didn't lose a single game outside of the organization and played a hard fought match!

The 15u Shutter team opened up their season with a bang at Oakland University. The boys took a tough loss in their open, only to rattle off 4 straight wins and bring home their first championship of the year!

The 16u Prospects went to the same event at Oakland University and picked up right where they left off last year, going 5-0 in route to an opening weekend championship! Andrew Benson had his first homer of the year and Brooklin Marcum led the way with a .500 average and 3 doubles. The pitching staff posted a 1.6 ERA on the weekend with 33 K's.
